Calistenic Timing Rounds

6 Rounds:

  1. SkinTheCat / alt. KneesToElbow/                   30 – 40 sec
  2. Hindu Push Ups /alt. Negative HinduPU/    30 – 40 sec
  3. Lunges with 2KTB in Front Rack                     60 – 90 sec
  4. Bends in Plank from Side To Side                   60 sec
  5. Hip Thrust                                                            60 sec
  6. Jumping Side To Side (Over The Stalks)       60 sec

Note: Do not hurry up! Hold the same tempo whole the round for every excersice. Next Round You can choose different tempo but hold it for each excersice whole the round.
