  • Untill 2:30 Min – MAX Reps Of Clean (@ 50% BW / Heavy Wall Ball)
  • Rest 30 sec

 

C. AMRAP 3 Min:

  • 30 Burpee / NoPushUp Burpee
  • Untill 2:30 Min – MAX Reps Of ToesToBar (High Knees)
  • Rest 30 sec

 

D. AMRAP 3 Min:

  • 100 x DU / 160 x SU
  • Untill 2:30 Min – MAX Reps Of Front Squat (@ 70% BW / Empty Bar)
