A bit of bells training today. After warmup continue with the simple workouts with barbell or dumbells they will create complex fullbody metcon workout at the end. During every workout minimize (cancel) the rest, in between take maximum 2 minutes just to prepare the tools for next workout. And of course, enjoy this party ✌️💪

Warm Up  2 rounds):

  • 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Plank Jacks
  • 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Kettlebell Rows
  • 30 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Kettlebell Deadlifts
  • 10 Flutter Kicks

 

A. 10 Rounds of:

  • 10 db alt Snatch
  • 30 Double Unders

 

B. 10 Rounds of:

  • 10 ktb A-Swings
  • 6 x 8meters Shuttle Run

 

C. 10 Rounds of:

  • 10 Thrusters (use 2db or Barbell)
  • 10 Box Jumps

 

D. 10 Rounds of:

  • 5 Dead Lifts (use 2 db or Barbell)
  • 5 T2B

 

E. 10 Rounds of:

  • 10 Cleans
  • 5 Calories
