This workout is designed for 3 Partners. The Partner on 1st position is accumulating the „Target“. When 2nd is ready (Calories, Burpees etc) all the Partners rotate their position. 3rd Partner is „waiting“ in predefined position.
A. All three partners are rotating as fast as possible untill they reache the Target = Accumulate 5 Tons by Benchpress
