1st Partner starts with MAX Unbroken reps of the first „MAX“ exercise (for example Bench Press), while the 2nd Partner is doing the second exercise, when the 1st Partner stops the Partners changed the exercises and continue untill 9th Minute finishes.

  • Jump Rope

  • Shoulder Dislocation (bar or resistance band) or Hang
