Dear Kids, lets form groups of 4 Partners. You will work in style of AMRAP 12 Minutes and rotate everytime when the 1st Partner complete his Target. Rotate as many time as possible in 12 Minutes, then follow with the next Circle. Repeat 4 times for every of next Circle and of course …. enjoy ✌️😎

A. AMRAP 12 Minutes

  • 1st – TARGET 20/30/ Push Ups @challenging difficulty
  • 2nd – ROW for Calories
  • 3rd – 3th Tibetian
  • 4th – Side Plank (Challenging difficulty)

 

B. AMRAP 12 Minutes

  • 1st – TARGET 20/30/ Plate OverHead SitUps @challenging difficulty
  • 2nd – Battle Rope
  • 3rd – 5th Tibetian
  • 4th – Plank (Challenging difficulty)

 

C. AMRAP 12 Minutes

  • 1st – TARGET 10/15/ Pull Ups – alternate grips type @challenging difficulty
  • 2nd – AirBike for Calories
  • 3rd – 4th Tibetian
  • 4th – Hang (Challenging difficulty)

 

D. AMRAP 12 Minutes

  • 1st – TARGET 20/30/ Pistol/Shrimp Squats @challenging difficulty
  • 2nd – Rope Jumps
  • 3rd – 2th Tibetian
  • 4th – Wall Sit (Challenging difficulty)
