Bells & Burpees

This is very simple fullbody metcon „bells“-workout. You just need to „clean“ the next list in 55 minutes:

  • 100 x Dumbel Squat Clean @2db
  • 100 x Lunge @2db
  • 100 x Alt 1-hand db Snatch @1db
  • 100 x Dead Lift @heavy KTB
  • 100 x Biceps Curl @2db
  • 100 x Thruster @2db
  • 100 x SitUps @1db OverHead
  • 100 x Triceps Curl behind the Head @1db
  • 100 x Plank ROW on dumbels @db

! Oh, one more think I would almost forget: During the whole workout You start every minute with 3 Burpees 😁💪  When You finish sooner then 55 minutes, rest of the time „wait“ on Cardio ☝️but now You start every minute with 3 Devils Press 😎
