This crossfit inspirated workout is for Partner but can be very easy adapted for single too.
1st Partner is on the Cardio Row/Airbike machine and waiting untill the second will finish the „i“th Round of the workout.
2nd Partner is trying to finish AsFastAsPossible the „i“th Round of the Circle A (then following by B and C). Tartget? Max Calories accumulated by both Partners during all the 3 Workouts😎💪🔥

C. In next 20 Minutes the Partners perform one after another:
