Partners „bells“ fullbody Workout which is composed from two parts.

A. Barbells Brothers – 25 Minutes AMRAP

The Partners change immediately when 2nd Partner is ready with Complex:

1st Partner – „Rest“ on Cardio – easy difficulty & faster pace.

2nd Partner – Barbell Complex:

  • 5 x DeadLift (Romanian)
  • 5 x Sumo Dead Lift High Pull5 x BB Row
  • 5 x Clean
  • 5 x Front Squat
  • 5 x Push Press
  • 5 x Back Squat

 

B. Dumbells Brothers – 25 Minutes AMRAP

The Partners change immediately when 2nd Partner is ready with Single Dumbell Complex:

1st Partner – „Rest“ on Cardio – alternate 8meters Crawlings as follow: Bear, Duck, Crab, Worm

2nd Partner – Dumbell Complex:

  • 5+5 single arm Snatch
  • 5+5 single arm Thruster
  • 5+5 single arm Push Press
  • 5+5 single arm Biceps Curl
  • 5+5 single arm Plank Row
