By the next Fullbody Metcon Workouts You can challenge Yourself as You need. Or go as fast as possible (but hold the right technique in any case – thats the base!) or You can try to go as fast as posible just by the nose breathing (this would be much more difficult 😉☝️).

A.

  • 10 Rounds of:
  • 10+10 Weighted Lunges (I advice @30-60kg)
  • 25 + 25 Mountain Climbers

 

B.

  • 10 Rounds of:
  • 8 Devils with Dumbells (I advice @10-15kg)
  • 10 Shuttle Runs (8-15m)

 

C.

  • 10 Rounds of:
  • 5+5+5 KTB Combos : A-Swing + SDHP + R-Swing (@16-24kg)
  • 10 Calories on the ROW
