Half Minutes

Nonstop Tabata 30-10 Clock will be running. The Circles are made of 8 different Exercices which You will continuously rotate = change the Exercise after every 30 Seconds, 1 Circle takes 5 Minutes also You are potentionaly able to make 10 Circles in 50 Minutes, resp. 12 Circles in 60 Minutes. The Circle of Exercises is following:

  1. Australian Ring Pull Ups on 1 Ring
  2. Dips
  3. T2B
  4. Back Lunges (alt weighted with 2DB or BB)
  5. Pull Ups
  6. Push Ups
  7. Sit Ups with Plate OverHead
  8. Goblet Squats @KTB / Front Squats @BB

The Time Cap is 60 Minutes also You can do 12 Tabata Rounds. To have some Enrichment and bigger Impact for Stamina –  the Rounds 4 and 8 alternate the above Tabata Circles with Cardio on the ROW, AirBike, Battle Rope or Rope Jump.

If You will have Time You can count and summarize total Reps of Each Exrcise, maybe You will be surprised 💪😉
