The 1st Partner accumulates 100 Calories, then immediately 100 Burpees, then again Calories, Burpees, etc

2nd Partner Accumulate following :

  • 10 x Rope Climb
  • 15 x Monkey
  • 20 x Heavy Carry Around The Gym
  • 25 x ZOO Crawling (Dog, Bear, Crab, Worm)
  • 30 x Rolls & Balance
  • 25 x Heavy Ball Over Shoulder + Jump / Pneu Flip
  • 20 x Plate OverHead Lunges 8m
  • 15 x Wall Walk
  • 10 x Plate Drag 8m
