Plates & Partners Workout for Everybody who likes some Change by the Training Routine.

The Partners change when the 1st is ready, no time for Rest. Every of the next Circles You will go 8 Minutes as many Rounds as possible:

A.   8 Minutes

  • 1st Partner – „i“ x Heavy Carry with 2 Plates Around the Gym („i“ – number of the Round)
  • 2nd Partner – Plank Position with the Plate on his Back

 

B   8 Minutes

  • 1st Partner – „i“ x /6m Dog + 6m Bear/ („i“ – number of the Round)
  • 2nd Partner – Wall Sit with Plate on the Knees

 

C   8 Minutes

  • 1st Partner – „i“ x 5 reps GTOH with Heavy Plate
  • 2nd Partner – Hand Stand

 

D   8 Minutes

  • 1st Partner – „i“ x Plank Walk around the Plate
  • 2nd Partner – Cardio

 

E   8 Minutes

  • 1st Partner – 2 x“i“ Burpee with Plate
  • 2nd Partner – Cardio

 

F   8 Minutes

  • 1st Partner – 10(5+5) x „i“ Plate Russian Twist
  • 2nd Partner – Jump Rope

 

G   8 Minutes

  • 1st Partner – 1O x Plate Bended Row
  • 2nd Partner – 1 min Plate PullOver on the Bench
