Within 60 minutes try to Rotate as many Stations as possible. Its realy functional fullbody calisthenic workout which probably makes You sweat a bit 😉

By each of the next Stations You will do some exercises combos untill You will be able (untill Failure), then You continue with Cardio and next Station.

Rotate the next Stations one by one. After each Stations „Take Your time“ by Cardio = 10 Calories or 10 Shuttle Runs.

  1. PULL UP station = Pull Up + Monkey Step (Front/Back/Left/Right)
  2. DIP station = Dip + Leg Raise in Upper Dip Position
  3. SQUAT station = Shrimp Squat + Pistol Squat / for both legs
  4. SIX PACK station = Dead Bug position – alternate the Extensions of Left Hand + Left Leg / Right Hand + Right Leg !push the bottom back into the floor as much as possible.
  5. RING station = Hands Raising Up  + Hands Raising SideWays on the Rings (standing starting position similar to Australian PullUps)
  6. PUSH UP station = Push Up + 1xSide Plank Walk
  7. LEGs station = 1-leg DeadLift (Swallow) + Side Slow „Kick“ with Extended Leg / for both legs
  8. CORE station = SuperMan Rolling (10 Sec in SuperMan – 10 Seconds in Hollow Body)
