Calisthenic Fullbody Metcon Workout

Every Circle You should Repeat 4 Times as follow – 2 Minutes Work, 30 Seconds Rest. Every Round of the Circle try to hold the same Number of „Max Reps“.

A. In 2 minutes do 15 Calories, then immediately continue Max Reps of Hindu Push Ups

B. In 2 Minutes do 25 BoxJumps, then immediately continue Max Reps of Australian Pull Ups

C. In 2 Minutes do 15 x 8 meters Shuttle Runs, then immediately Max Reps of Jumping In-Out Squats

D. In 2 Minutes do 15 Calories, then immediately Max Reps of Burpees (or Devils Press)

E. In 2 Minutes do 15 Calories, then immediately continue Max Reps of Toes To Bar
