60 Minutes EMOM workou (50 sec Work – 10 sec move to the next Station):
- ROW Cardio
- Upper Dog Position (if too easy take up one leg or/and hand)
- Battle Rope
- Hollow Body Hold / Dead Bug
- AirBike
- Upper Dip / alt very slow negative Dip
- Rope Jump
- Wall Sit
- Lunges
- Arms stretched sideways in SuperMan Position (when possible take light dumbells)
- Mountain Climbers
- Bottom OHS (when possible hold Empty Bar or Plate)
