Post Christmas Functional Workout

AMRAP 55 Minutes (or more 😉):

Start every round with MAX Plank Hold, then immediately:

1 x Monkey Bars

20 Jumping Jacks

3 x Plank Walk (cca 5 meters Side Direction)

40 Mountain Climbers

5 x OverHead Lunges with Heavy Plate (8 m)

6 x Shuttle Run (8 m)

7 x GTOH with Heavy Plate

8 x Burpee

9 x Rolling in Plank (no touch the ground with hands nor legs)

10 Cals Cardio

11 x WallBalls Throws

12 x BoxJumps Over
