  • 24 Thrusters @42,5 / 30kg (alt empty bar)
  • 24 SitUp / GHD SitUps
  • 24 CloseGrip Floor Bench Press with Barbell @42,5/30kg
  • 24 Hip Thrust
  • 24 Reverse Lunges Wieghted @42,5/30kg
  • 24 V-Up
  • 24 GTOH/Clean & Jerk @42,5/30kg
  • 24 R-Swings @24/16kg
  • 24 Wall Ball Shots @9/6kg

    Díky Vlado za super tréning, vstup do roka 2024 vo veľkom, ako sa patrí. 😉 Účasť hojná, odhodlanie veľké. 🙂 Ale posledné dva cviky som už nestihol. Nevadí, nechám si oba na ďalší tréning ako žolík. 🙂
