With Tabata 40-20 (40sec Work – 20sec Rest) nonstop clock perform next 5 Circles:

 

A. 10 Rounds Tabata 40-20, alternate next 2 excercises:

  • A1   2db „Arnold“ Thrusters (Thruster with hands rotation as by Arnold Press)
  • A2   AirBike (alt Cardio Rower)

 

B. 10 Rounds Tabata 40-20, alternate next 2 excercises:

  • B1   KTB DeadLift + KTB SDHP (nonstop alternate)
  • B2   AirBike (alt Cardio Rower)

 

C. 10 Rounds Tabata 40-20, alternate next 2 excercises:

  • C1   2db Biceps Alternating Curls (alternate „hammer“ curl + supination curl)
  • C2   Cardio Rower

 

D. 10 Rounds Tabata 40-20, alternate next 2 excercises:

  • D1   1-db alternating Snatch
  • D2   Rope Jumps

 

E. 10 Rounds Tabata 40-20, alternate next 2 excercises:

  • E1   2 KTB Bottom Over Head Carry
  • E2   Side Plank
