Metabolic conditioning, fullbody, functional workout.

Non Stop Tabata 20-10 Clock Running All The Time Untill You will not Finish All The Next Exercises (of course by tabata style 20 Seconds Work/ 10 Seconds Rest).

Choose The Order Of Exercises As You Like …

  • T1 – 50 Army Pull Ups (weighted)
  • T2 – 50 Broad Jumps (weighted)
  • T3 – 50 Heavy Ball Over Shoulder
  • T4 – 30 Devils Press @2db
  • T5 – 50 Shuttle Runs @6-8meters
  • T6 – 50 Calories on ROW
  • T7 – 200 DoubleUnders / 350 Single Unders
  • T8 – 50 KneesToElbow / High Knees
  • T9 – 80 Wall Balls
  • T10 – 20 Plank Walk Around The Box / Plank Walk Around The Plate

When You would have enough time, after each finished Exercises Circle „Take a Rest“ 1 minute in Plank or Hang or HandStand 😉
