Partners Workout. Its complex, functional, fullbody, great for metabolic and menthal condition.

By each of next Circles is the same way of performing: 2nd Partner is Accumulating the Target While 1st Partner is doing first part (as You see the reps by first parts are increasing in every next round). When the 1st Partner is ready they immediately switch each other and continue the same way untill the Target is satisfied. Then continue with the next Circle untill all the circles are done.

 

A. for i=1,2,3,4,…

  • 1st Partner performs: i x HeavyBall Carry 8meters + i x Burpee Jump Over Ball
  • 2nd Partner: MAX DISTANCE on the ROW untill TARGET = 2119 meters

 

B. for i=1,2,3,4,…

  • 1st Partner performs: i x Devils Press @2db
  • 2nd Partner: MAX Box Jumps untill TARGET = 219 BoxJumps

 

C. for i=1,2,3,4,…

  • 1st Partner performs: i x Weighted Lunges Walk 8m
  • 2nd Partner: MAX Burpees untill TARGET = 189 Burpees

 

D. for i=1,2,3,4,…

  • 1st Partner performs: i x Combo of: Monkey moves + KneesToElbow (or ToesToBar)
  • 2nd Partner: MAX DISTANCE on AirBike untill TARGET = 4009 meters

 

E. for i=1,2,3,4,…

  • 1st Partner performs: i x Combo of: PushUp+WallWalk
  • 2nd Partner: MAX Rope Jump untill TARGET = 999 jumps

 

F. for i=1,2,3,4,…

  • 1st Partner perform: i x Rope Climb
  • 2nd Partner: MAX Burpee Shuttle Runs untill TARGET = 99 BurpeeShuttleRuns

 

When is needed, make some small rest in between the circles.
