Challenging OCR fullbody training inspired by Fitness Challenge, just instead of rest You will do some „cardio“ 😉

You will find out its realy extremaly difficult for endurance, metabolic and power condition – just take Your breath and hold the tempo and technique.

You should perform Every 2 minutes all the following exercises  1-2-3-…13-14. This procedure You will do 2 times!!! Also You will train 2(Circles) x 14 (number of exercises) x 2 minutes= 2 x 14 x 2 = 56 Minutes (no rest)!!!

Also here is how to do it: by every odd (1,3,5,…) exercises where is written „MAX“ You must to make maximum effort to Accumulate Max number of reps from that exercise in 2 minutes interval. By every even exercise You will perform the prescribed Calories, Reps etc and take the rest till the end of 2 minutes interval.

 

By nonstop 2 Min Intervals Every 2 Minutes perform:

2 Circles of:

  1. MAX of Monkey /in meters/
  2. 20 Calories
  3. MAX of 1-hand Alternating PushPress (or WallWalks)
  4. 100 DoubleUnders /Single Unders/
  5. MAX of Sledge Pulls
  6. 4 x 8m Dog Crawls (Quadrupedal)
  7. MAX of Heavy Plate OverHead Lunges
  8. 30 Box Jump Overs
  9. MAX of (HandStand) Shoulder Taps
  10. 30 Burpees
  11. MAX of Toes To Bars (Knees To Elbows)
  12. 4 x 8m Plate Drag
  13. MAX of Pneu Flips
  14. 30 WallBalls 9kg/6kg/
