  • 2nd Burpees Jump Over HB

 

  • 1st Wall Ball Throws 10reps
  • 2nd Wall Sit – put the WallBall on Your Knees (alternatively hold the Ball in front of Your face)

 

  • 1st Monkey 6-12 meters (alt 20 sec Hang on the Bar)
  • 2nd Bear Crawling

 

  • 1st 5 x Devils Press
  • 2nd Battle Rope / AirBike

 

  • 1st 8 x Toes To Bar (alt Knees To Elbow)
  • 2nd SuperMan Hold

 

  • 1st 2 x Rope Climb
  • 2nd Plank (Weighted if possible)

 

  • 1st WallWalk 5x 
  • 2nd Jumping Jacks

 

  • 1st Plate OH Lunges 20m
  • 2nd Mountain Climber
