B. Within the 6 Minutes perform alternately next 2 exercises as follow:

C. Within the 6 Minutes perform alternately next 2 exercises as follow:

  • Monkey  Snap + Knees To Elbow  1, 2, 3, 4, …
  • 5m Crab Crawl 1, 2, 3, 4, …

 

D. Within the 6 Minutes perform alternately next 2 exercises as follow:

  • Heavy Carry + Dead Lift by every rotating  1, 2, 3, 4, …
  • 5m Dog Crawl 1, 2, 3, 4, …

 

E. Within the 6 Minutes perform alternately next 2 exercises as follow:

  • Maze Around The Body 1, 2, 3, 4, …
  • 1+1 SuperMan Rolling 1, 2, 3, 4, …

 

F. Within the 6 Minutes perform alternately next 2 exercises as follow:

  • Wall Balls  3, 6, 9, 12, …

G. Within the 6 Minutes perform alternately next 2 exercises as follow:

H. Within the 6 Minutes perform alternately next 4 exercises as follow:

  • SuperMan 5, 10, 15, … seconds
  • Plank/L 5, 10, 15, … seconds
