3-Partners Fullbody -bells Workout which includes more Circles. Combination of „bells“ exercises, cardio and animal movements You will surely like 😁 The Partners rotate by every Circle 4 times all the 3 exercises in style 40 Sec Work – 10 Sec Rest+move to the next Exercise, after 4 Rounds they move to the next Circle etc untill all the Circles are done.

Also here it is, You should Work as follow : 5 Circles x 4 Rounds of 3 Exercises each 40+10 Seconds (=5 x 4 x 3 x 50 Seconds = 60 x 50 = 3000 Seconds =  50 Minutes), perform all the 5 next Circles one after another:

  • A1 Thruster @2DB / KTB Gobblet Squat
  • A2 Dog Crawling
  • A3 Cardio

 

  • B1 A-Swing @KTB
  • B2 Bear Crawling
  • B3 Mountain Climber

 

  • C1 Sumo Dead High Pull @KTB
  • C2 Duck Crawling
  • C3 Rope Jump / alt Jumping Jacks

 

  • D1 KTB Hallo
  • D2 Crab Crabling
  • D3 Cardio

 

  • E1 Plank Bend Over
  • E2 SuperMan Rolls (Slowly turn from SuperMan to HollowBody and back, do not touch the ground with legs or hands!!!)
  • E3 Battle Rope / alt Boxing
