This WOD is great for any day as it contents many kinds of movements. Also You will work a lot but do not extremaly overload some part of Your body. On the other side its only up to You how difficult it will be ☝️💪😉 Penalty means that You Failure any Exercise (=You interrupt Serie before the completing) also if You for example have 10 Penalies, at the End You will perform 10 Combinatios of 5 Burpees and 5 Pull Ups. Do not mind for Penalties, they are welcome as the Pull ups and Burpees are missing in the following List of Exercises and we like Pull Ups and Burpees  🤷‍😁
