60 Minutes EMOM workou (50 sec Work – 10 sec move to the next Station):

  1. ROW Cardio
  2. Upper Dog Position (if too easy take up one leg or/and hand)
  3. Battle Rope
  4. Hollow Body Hold / Dead Bug
  5. AirBike
  6. Upper Dip / alt very slow negative Dip
  7. Rope Jump
  8. Wall Sit
  9. Lunges
  10. Arms stretched sideways in SuperMan Position (when possible take light dumbells)
  11. Mountain Climbers
  12. Bottom OHS (when possible hold Empty Bar or Plate)
