The rules:
- You have to collect „X-MASS2024“.
- In any case You have to everytime perform the letter even in the case when You already have this letter collected from previous rounds. Then You can roll the dice again.
- Everytime when You add the new letter, make 10 Calories (for the 1st collected), 20 CAL ( for 2nd collected), 30 CAL (for 3rd collected), … , 60 CAL (for 6th collected).
- If You choosed the same letter You have already, You just perform the Circle and continue (without any Calories).
- The last 10 Minutes of TimeCap You can choose the missing letters without any dice rolling
- „X“ = Complete the next animal movements:
- 16 meteres Dog Crawl
- 16 meters Crab Crawl
- 16 meters Duck Crawl
- 16 meters Bear Crawl
- „-“ = 4 x Gym Carry (cca 30-40meters around the gym) as follow:
- 1st round heavy carry @2 very heavy kettlebells
- 2nd round FrontRack Carry @2 heavy kettlebells
- 3rd round OverHead Carry @2 medium kettlebells
- 4th round Cross Hold Carry @2 light kettlebells
- „M“ = Accumulate prescribed weights by following exercises:
- 1000 kg Bench Press @BB (choose the weight as You wish and accumulate the weight)
- 1000 kg Squat @BB
- „A“ = Do the following exercises:
- 2 x Sledge Pull
- 2 x Rope Climb
- 2 x Monkey (2x5meters)
- 1 minute Battle Rope /alt Handstand/
- „S“ = enjoy the next burpee-party 🎉
- 20 meters Burpee Broad Jumps
- 15 Burpee
- 10 8c Burpees
- 5 Devils Burpee/Devils Press
